• We offer a 7-day return and exchange policy from the date of delivery.
• Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in their original packaging.
• Products that are damaged due to misuse or normal wear and tear are not eligible for return or refund.
• If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order.
• Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
• Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method where applicable.
• Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the error was made by Mega Mart.
